GL is not a traditional executive education program and it’s not a course. It’s an immersive learning experience proven to develop executives’ global mindset and leadership capabilities while delivering transformative innovation to their companies.
Membership is by invitation and requires each corporation to identify six to twelve high-potential leaders for the GL program. These participants emerge from the nine-month learning experiences with an expanded perspective plus the competencies and confidence of a wise global leader whose enlightened decisions substantially improve both business performance and the world we live in. Since its inception in 1998, the consortium has included Bang & Olufsen, British Telecom, Eaton Corporation, Walmart, Ford Motor Company, LVMH, and other leading multinational corporations. Current members are Colgate-Palmolive, Deere & Company, Corning, and Rolls Royce.
