Global Leadership members are non-competing corporations seeking to expand their reach in global markets.

Global Leadership at Tuck provides rising executives within the member companies with the tools to lead their organizations into a new era—one with readiness built into the organization. The program’s immersive learning modules accelerate participants’ leadership growth and enhance their capacity to drive breakthrough innovation.

Membership in the consortium is by invitation and requires each corporation to identify six to twelve high-potential leaders for the GL program. These participants emerge from the nine-month learning experiences with an expanded perspective plus the competencies and confidence of a wise global leader whose enlightened decisions substantially improve both business performance and the world we live in. At various times since its inception in 1998, the consortium has included Bang & Olufsen, British Telecom, Colgate-Palmolive, Corning, Deere & Company, Eaton Corporation, Walmart, Ford Motor Company, LIXIL, LVMH, Rolls Royce, and other leading multinational corporations.
